Self care can be a challenge when you’ve been abandoned.

Abandonment can damage your well being and mental health. How you get through it comes down to the love you have for yourself.

The more love I have for myself means the more I will experience happiness! The more love I have for myself means the less I will allow myself to be destroyed by others. The more love that I have for myself is the more my life becomes fulfilled! The more love I have for myself is the more I am approving myself- I don’t need validation from anyone else! The more I love myself is the less alone I will feel when there is nobody else! The more love I have for myself is the more I stay positive. The more I love myself is the more I blossom with inner beauty. The more I love myself, the more I realize that I am worth every effort. The more I love myself, the more I will accomplish anything I want done! The more I love myself, the more I won’t tolerate being around anyone who tries to bring me down! The more I love myself, the more I WIN!

Love yourself mamas, don’t allow abandonment to stop you from caring about yourself or from keeping your life moving!
